Edgepark Medical Supplies is the largest privately-held national provider of disposable medical products. We are currently seeking a Vice President of Medical Billing to manage and facilitate our 3rd party billing operations. Our ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, results-orientated professional who has a strong work ethic, is accustomed to providing superior levels of customer service and has a proven track record of leading a team of 100+ people. 

 

Responsibilities will include:Training, coaching and development of 100+ employeesManaging Billing and Collections teams to ensure successful resultsDeveloping and maintaining a detailed understanding of all aspects of the billing operations processAnalyzing, improving and directing workflow and assignments to increase  efficiencies and customer satisfactionDefining and evaluating key performance indicators

 

Required qualifications:Bachelors’ degree At least 7-10 years of strong management experience Proven ability to build, lead and grow a team of 100+ employeesStrong financial backgroundDemonstrated success in an organizationExperience working with complex information systems and PC software applications
