Visit Nurse- RN-PM/NOC

Requirements: Completion of an accredited Registered Nurse program, knowledge of nursing theory, practices, and accepted standards and procedures. Registered Nurse with at least two years acute care experience required. One year of home care experience preferred. Current RN license in the State of Wisconsin. A valid Wisconsin driver's license and auto insurance. Description: Accountable for the delivery of sfe, efficient, effective nursing care compliant with State and Federal regulations. Plans care, when needed, in conjunctions with the Case Manager. Provides a high level of quality, compassionate health care to the patients and their families. The nurse on call will be required to work/be on call from 4:00pm to 8:00am. The nurse will be scheduled for up to 5-6 visits PM shift and be responsible for any visits required between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
