- Bachelors degree is required GENERAL SUMMARY: The Web Software Developer is responsible to work under the supervison of the Manager Programming and System Integration. The Web Software Developer works as an empowered member of a self-directed work team committed to a common purpose and goals and holds self mutually accountable for team outcomes. Shares, as scheduled, a 24-hour, 7-day week responsibility for all aspects of team functions. The Web Software Developer assesses, plans, implements and evaluates information system support requirements occording to own technical judgement, polocies, procedures, protocol, and standards. Skilled at converting functional requirements to a logical sequence and system design so as to develop efficient system code. Installs and codes system applications; skilled at software application problem analysis and resolution. Responsible for functioning within scope of individual education and competence. The Web Software Developer must identify opportunities for and contribute to the improvement of quality, safety and cost, as well as patient, customer, and employee satisfaction. The Web Software Developer designs, develops, troubleshoots, and implements software code for a component of a website. Works with graphic designer and other members of a project team to develop a site concept, interface design, and architecture of a web site. Integrates web applications with backend databases. Deployes large web-based transaction systems using application servers. Researches, tests, builds, and coordinated the integration of new projects per productions and customer requirements. Insure functionality, maintains and upgrades as necessary, responsible for the day-to-day operation of a web site and reviews for adherence to organization specifications and standards. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Preferred: Required: 4 Years experience in Web Software development. EDUCATION: Preferred: Required: Bachelor's degree with major in Information Systems or Computer Science. EXPERIENCE: Preferred: Required: 4 Years experience in Information Management services.
