Ideally we are looking for a “hands on” web developer with database design experience in programming and troubleshooting using Microsoft SQL, .Net (vb.net, asp.net etc.), Crystal Reports, Event Manager and Workflows within the Macola ES - ERP system.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:Establish a deep understanding of the current application portfolio, capabilities of core ERP and technical platforms (e.g., Macola ES, Microsoft, SDK) to help improve the strategy and direction for business applications. Assist with the documentation and execution of system testing as appropriate. Proficiency in communicating to both business and technical resources. Work with the technical project team members to develop business solutions based on requirements. Help with the strategic application architecture direction for business capabilitiesDeveloping and implementing information technology strategic objectives Establish strong relationships with application product managers and stakeholders to implement functional scope, software package selection and architecture for their projects.

Ability to work in high pressure environment as well as “off hours.” Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated professional demeanor and customer-focused orientation.
Degree Required/Preferred: BA or BS required. MBA preferred.
Specific Experience Required:
Macola ES / e-Synergy Portal Software from Exact Software is our current ERP platform.
6 yrs. relevant work experience or equivalent combination education and relevant work experience.
5 yrs. solid knowledge of relevant software development tools and languages below…
Programming and troubleshooting using Microsoft SQL, .Net Programming (vb.net, asp.net, COM Objects etc.), Crystal Reports, Event Manager and Workflows within the Macola ES - ERP system. Web development – ASP.NET, HTML, e-commerce / shopping cart, WEB CATALOG, Online Catalog Shopping.Microsoft SQL Server / Database Design.Experience in TESTING; implementing/deploying of custom applications.
