You can take your experience to the next level in a company that is financially strong and nationally respected.  We invite you to join us as a Web Content Administrator at our new Baltimore location at Canton Crossing. The Web Content Administrator will direct and coordinate the development of websites as required by business areas. Responsibilities: Oversee writing and graphic design of projects Coordinate oversight of coding with IT team to ensure site meets usability and Section 508 requirements Provide writing and copy editing when needed to ensure writing is consistent with standard e-writing guidelines Manage the change of process for all sections of www.carefirst.com to ensure the site’s content is in compliance with legal and branding regulations Participates in all aspects of web site design Provide direction, prioritization and motivation to project team staff, including direct management of vendor relationships Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience with a minimum of 3-5 years web site content management, and a minimum of 3-5 years corporate communications experience Knowledge of web site development standards and experience with hardware, software and high level programming Experience with web development software and coding such as Dreamweaver, Adobe Acrobat and HTML Experience with content/and or enterprise management systems required; Interwoven TeamSite preferred Familiarity with web usability methodology and standards Familiarity with MS Project Manager or other project management software  Individuals must demonstrate initiative and analytical prowess; work well independently and as a contributing member of a team; and demonstrate strong communication, written, presentation and interpersonal skills.  We offer excellent benefits and a competitive salary.
