Web Coordinator
Do you have two years of web experience?
Do you have experience in web marketing?
We're looking for a talented web coordinator to join our team to:
Assist the director of membership in the communication with all stakeholders, including staff, volunteers, and outside consultants about new programs/features, and style and usability guidelines;
Assist marketing manager with development of web site, future enhancements, design, modifications, and provide support to staff as needed; Assist staff in the layout and creation of new web pages, using templates, or by creating new designs; Ensure a common layout and design of sites; Oversee flow of web sites, site maps, placement of “spotlights”, and navigations; Select and configure appropriate images and graphics to illustrate articles and web content; Implement new style sheets, graphics and technology solutions into existing web sites (web videos, blogs and Internet commerce); Act as the point person for day-to-day requests and technical web issues; Develop templates for email communications among all departments, including e-newsletters, notices, special alerts, and events; Monitor web usage of members and public distribute monthly tracking reports.
Requirements of position:
2+ years HTML coding
Experienced with graphic manipulation (resizing, cropping, etc.)
Ability to work independently with minimal direction
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Experience with content management software, Ektron CMS a plus
