Weight Loss Counselor

This position receives and initiates weight loss counseling calls and emails to and from the weight loss clients. Listens to and probes for progress indicators. Motivates and counsels clients to continue with the program, answers food and weight loss questions. Documents correspondences as required.

 

We are currently looking for 3:30pm to 12:00am, 9:00am to 5:30pm, and 11:00am to 7:30pm shifts, including 1 weekend day.

 

This is a full time position located ONLY in Horsham, Pa.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned by supervisor or management.

 

· Communicates with customers (inbound and outbound); via phone, online counseling sessions, and email correspondence. 

· Identify needs, seek solutions and motivate customers to optimize results.

· Motivates and problem solves with clients to maintain client retention.

· Meets or exceeds all performance benchmarks issued by the call center manager or supervisor. Metrics include Calls per Hour, Average Talk Time, Total Calls Taken, Time on Aux.

· Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge information.

· Records and accurately disposes or documents each customer contact in the database.

· Schedules follow-ups with clients as necessary.

· Makes regular “care calls” to clients via telephone and email.

· Answers inbound phone calls to promote the food package and program and other nutritional products to existing clients or to highly qualified leads.

· Discloses to customers the terms and conditions of the auto delivery agreement.

· Conducts outreach phone calls to survey customers regarding a multitude of marketing queries.

· Provides feedback to management on marketing campaigns, including, television, radio, and print.
