Wellness Coordinator

This position serves as a health advocate for the clients of J.W. Terrill.  From gathering analytical data to creating a variety of strategic wellness plans, this position will help employers improve employee health to increase productivity and reduce costs.  Additional responsibilities include preparing and participating in client presentations and representing J.W. Terrill at community health related events. 

Minimum qualifications for this position include a HS diploma/GED, health and wellness related training/education and 5+ years of experience in a health advocacy related field; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Experience in employee benefits, account management, human resources and insurance carrier a plus.  MO Insurance Producer's license and industry related designations are also preferred.
