Women's Services Director

This is a Labor and Delivery position which assures the delivery of patient care with the skills of an experienced Registered Nurse. Position responsibilities include ensuring continuity of patient care, serving as a resource for subordinate staff, facilitating problem solving, assisting with Quality Improvement Activities, staff education and assuring compliance with established policies and procedures and other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona. Previous Leadership experience in OB/L&D required. FHM class required within 6 months with an update required bi-annually, BLS required on hire, ACLS required within 6 months of hire, NRP required within 6 months.RN's with OB experience will be considered, must have management MRINetwork is the largest and most successful search organization in the world.
