This is a part-time (16 to 20 hrs/wk) position. CHCS is looking for a Certified Wound and Ostomy Nurse (CWON) to work in our home health and hospice wound program. Review digital wound pictures, review electronic clinical chart and make recommendations based on best practice guidelines. Interact with 4 area offices to promote best client outcomes and work with staff to develop their clinical skills. Must have 1 year recent home health care experience and wound care certification. Maine RN licensure also required.
