X-ray Service Engineer

A major medical imaging corporation is looking for an X-ray Service Engineer for the Spokane, WA area.  This person will work out of his/her home based office and take service calls as needed on a daily basis to major hospitals and imaging center in Spokane and the surrounding areas.  The territory to be covered is Spokane, WA and Western Montana.  The ideal candidate will help drive the future of this top rated PACS organization into the Mammography and X-ray arena providing quality service to their customers.

Requirements:

*  At least 2-5 years of experience in servicing and troubleshooting Digital Mammography, Mammography, and/or X-ray equipment in hospitals and medical imaging centers in Radiology

*  Experience in working with Computed Radiography (CR) and Laser Imagers in hospitals. 

*  Good electro-mechanical skills.

*  Excellent customer service and communication skills.

*  Good organizational and follow through with paperwork issues.

*  Basic Windows networking skills.

*  PACS and DICOM skills would be a plus.

*  Ability to travel within a 100 mile radius of Reno, NV area.

*  Must have valid driver's liscense for driving a company vehicle.

Responsibilities:

*  To repair the imaging equipment on a timely basis.

*  To perform routine PM's as necessary.

*  To fill out the proper paperwork as necessary.

*  To provide excellent communication and customer service to one's customers.

*  To be able to work both in an individual and a teamwork setting.

Location:
