This position may office out of either our Amarillo or Lubbock office. If officed out of Amarillo this will be a home-officed position. Key responsibilities include selling our lifesaving mission to local schools through prospecting and securing school participation in the Jump Rope for Heart and Hoops for Heart programs; providing the tools and training needed to help schools establish and meet fund raising goals; recruiting and managing strong relationships with volunteers, and ensuring overall success of the programs with a fundraising goal of $340,000.This position is responsible for 200 schools covering 15 counties in the Texas panhandle. Daily travel throughout this territory is required with 1 to 3 days of overnight travel per month. ' Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business/sales or related field.' 2 years of relevant work experience, including proven success in sales or fund raising.' Demonstrated ability to accomplish results through strong volunteer recruitment and management.' Ability to set aggressive goals with clients.' Ability to plan and work independently.' Highly effective organization, multi-tasking, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.' Excellent computer skills.' Ability to thrive in a results-driven environment.'
