We are looking for an eBusiness Analysts who is ready to take the next step to be a supervisor.  In a department responsible for the company’s web site this role will utilize one’s experience as a lead or as a project manager or interim supervisor to provide daily problem analysis/resolution, project coordination, project development, corporate online planning, and personnel development. 

General Responsibilities:

· Works with analysts, programmers and or customers directly to resolve any issues or to improve a user’s utilization of our website.

· Coordinates website and Internet/Intranet/Extranet development throughout their lifecycles, from strategic definition to end-of-life planning.

· Supervises the User Interface development and Analyst team to design online user experiences. Designs and evaluates visual human interfaces utilizing user-centered design principles. Implements the user interface (UI) design.

· Assists in the definition and implementation of the requirements for the company website/Web applications and manages the product development process by translating user testing and customer support feedback into feature/function requirements.

 

Skills:Project Management Defining and understanding Business Rules/Processes Leadership Implementation/Deployment of web applications Knowledge of online marketing/P.R. campaigns, database development/management, user interface (UI) concepts, business development and sales.

Must Have:College degree 3 to 5 years Internet experience, especially as it relates to the definition, design, and launch of websites
