Provides support to associates within a group. This administrator serves as a coordinator & liaison between field and HQ associates as well as performs moderate administrative duties that involve a degree of initiative and responsibility.
Responsibilities Prepare documents (supplier letters, RFPs, business reviews, etc). Communicate regularly with distributors and manufactures (as necessary) Coordinate documents & files for Regional Contracting team Maintain spreadsheets and data bases (including eRM, NIR log). Create presentations. Create, format and prepare reports. Support a team of associates. Prepare deliverables (production, assembly, mailings, etc.). Provide pricing support for distributors Miscellaneous duties include mail, faxing, copying, phones, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements. Assist with special projects as needed. Required Skills
Role Requirements Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Concise and Articulate. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc), Word Perfect, Adobe Acrobat. Good writing/proofreading skills including grammar, punctuation, and spelling. Excellent organizational skills Strong Interpersonal skills. Comfort with changing technology. Manage multiple tasks/projects at the same time. Ability to prioritize work from many sources Detail oriented Resourceful, problem solver Comfortable with little supervision Able to demonstrate confidentiality.

Years of Relevant Experience - Minimum of two to three years of prior administrative experience. Prior work in purchasing/buying office suggested, but not required.
