Assistant Director of Housekeeping

Job Description:The Liberty Hotel, Boston's newest addition to the Luxury market is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual with proven leadership skills to assist in guiding our Houskeeping department. The Associate Director of Housekeeping will help oversee the smooth and profitable operations of the Housekeeping Department. This person will be responsible in hiring, training and scheduling of all employees in the department to insure highest level of guest service while meeting or exceeding revenue goals and maintaining budgets. Be part of a truly engaged and productive workforce and help insure that we become the Employer of Choice.Job Requirements:At least 3 years of progressive experience in a Hotel or related field to include 2 years of previous Houekeeping management experience preferred. Must have knowledge of management of people and complex situations. Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly and to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately. Must be able to multi-task and routinely meet deadlines.
