Assistant Food and Beverage Director

CULINAIRE, a dynamic, privately-owned food and beverage management company headquartered in  Dallas,  is seeking a professional and enthusiastic Assistant Food and Beverage Director for the Embassy Suites Northwest in San Antonio.

 

As  Assistant Food and Beverage Director  you will report to the Food and Beverage Director and will be responsible for:

 Overall operation of the restaurant

 Accounting for daily receipts

 Ordering food and production items

 Hiring/training personnel

 Providing exceptional customer service

 Assist in supervising banquet operations and hotel room service

 

Our ideal candidate will have:

 Minimum of three years full service restaurant experience in a management or supervisory position

 Strong floor presence

 High energy

 Strong background in staff training to achieve and maintain desired service levels 

 Good communication and customer service skills

 Degree in hotel and restaurant management (preferred but not required)

 Ability to work flexible hours and be available to work afternoons, evenings and weekends
