Assistant General Manager - Airport Hotel

The Assistant General Manager position at Red Roof Inn helps function as one of the entrepreneurial leaders of the hotel. Each AGM has discretion over the decision making for the entire operation, in conjunction with the General Manager. The five major departments the Assistant General Manager is responsible for are: Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Laundry and Sales. The Assistant General Manager can use his/her business savvy to operate these departments as each sees fit. Outside of the management of each individual department, the Assistant General Manager is responsible for leading each employee in providing high quality customer service. It is necessary to exceed guest's expectations and Red Roof Inn demonstrates its commitment through our service guarantee. The Assistant General Manager position is a developmental position. The major focus for this position is to train and develop an Assistant General Manager to become a General Manager within 12-18 months. This promotion may require relocation, however this is discussed and honored in any request when possible.

The San Francisco Red Roof property is a newly renovated property that offers a free 24-hour shuttle to and from the airport.  There is a restaurant on-site; however restaurant experience is not necessary.
