Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Minimum experience in high volume food and beverage operation of at least 3 years.
Must be able to supervise staff of 100 + associates.
Must have computer skills to be able to maintain spreadsheets and complete payroll processes and ordering.
Must be knowledgeable in culinary contract and working within a unionized environment.

DESIRED SKILLS:
Knowledgeable in culinary contracts.
Multi-tasked oriented.
Basic Word/Excel computer skills.
