In your role, you will help us deliver outstanding service and hospitality to our guests to ensure they have a memorable vacation while staying with our resorts each and every time. Wyndham Bentley Brook is situated right at the base of Jiminy Peak ski mountain and has 152 family style units.  This position oversees a staff of 50+ including Guest Services, Housekeeping, Activities, and Maintenance. Job Summary: Responsible to assist the Resort Manager in the day-to-day operation of one resort and leadership for assigned departments.  Ensure that service (behavioral) standards, operational standards, and key and cross-functional processes are consistently executed.  Develop a mutually beneficial relationship with the Property Owner's Association.   Ensure the efficient utilization of manpower and facilities.  Assist in development of a budget and execute to achieve Wyndham Vacation Ownership and the POA's financial objectives. Partner with Sales and other cross-functional areas that support the resorts. Create a positive work environment by maintaining the highest level of ethics and integrity consistent with applicable regulatory standards and Wyndham Vacation Ownership values. Maintain the highest quality of staff through effective recruiting, hiring, retention, coaching, succession planning and training. Three years hospitality industry experience or a combination of education and industry experience Two years hospitality management experience High School Diploma or Equivalent Demonstrated ability to create customer loyalty Proven ability to develop a team with exceptional coaching skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends Proficient in the Microsoft Office Environment applications College degree - Associate or four year program with a degree in hospitality management ideal Vacation Ownership experience a plus Degree in Hospitality Management Community Association Manager (CAM) certification Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) Experience in labor relations Knowledge of Rental Marketing
