Additionally, will also supervise and coordinate auditing of all files sold at all Hawaii, Japan or Guam sites. Responsible for closing contracts in the system and to ensure accurate audit in a timely manner. Responsible for training new team members and managing file flow and audit process. Will monitor suspense/pender files and all aging files. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Carry out any reasonable requests, the team member is capable of performing, by management. · Expedites the auditing process · Manages and trains new team members · Tracks pender & suspense files, and all other aging files · May be responsible for special projects etc as assigned by the supervisor · Troubleshoot and follow-up on files to assure expedient closure · Oversees, prepares and organizes incoming files from all Hawaii selling sites. · Oversees and review documents prior to closing files and making any necessary corrections. · Coordinates and maintains efficient use of filing system. · Responsible for timely incoming files from sites. · Ensures files for accuracy and timely weekly closings. · Maintains updated audit reports in the system. · Enter comments pertaining to files. · Coordinates and implements scanning and/or mailing files to corporate office. · Generates weekly closing reports. · Oversees and organizes audit training. · Coordinate compliance issues with Underwriters from title companies and corporate office. · Communicates and provides assistance to team members and other sites on contract/audit issues. · Must be dependable and adaptable to change. · Must be a Team Player. · Must possess excellent organizational and communication skills. · Strong detail to accuracy and ability to identify problems and find effective solutions. · Ability to multi-task and to work well under pressure. · Available to work overtime and on the last day of the month. · Must have satisfactory credit history with no recent bankruptcies or recent accounts sent to collection. Ability to obtain a Notary Public license. EOE/AA
