From our headquarters in Silver Spring, Maryland, we seek a Billing Analyst to gather data for producing, analyzing and interpreting reports regarding Franchise Billing and Travel Agent Commissions.

Working With Several Departments, Your Duties Will Include:
Preparing/analyzing CBM/RES Comparison, Inns and Operating, Weekly Opening & Termination, Productivity and other reports for ManagementProviding re-licensing and international billing supportManaging escalated calls to the Billing & Receivables Hotline and the Billing Email accountHandling inquiries from BPCs and Brand TeamsCreating and maintaining a monthly billing and AR dashboard Assisting with special projects and performing other duties as needed

Qualified candidates possess Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus proficiency with graphics, databases and spreadsheets. Knowledge of MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint and strong organizational and communication skills are required. Preferred applicants have 1-2 years of related professional background and expertise with Oracle, PeopleSoft and other enterprise applications.
