In your role, you will help us deliver outstanding service and hospitality to our guests to ensure they have a memorable vacation while staying with our resorts each and every time. Job Summary:  Receive drink orders from guests and/or cocktail servers, fill orders in a timely manner and collect payment while maintaining a professional appearance, cordial attitude toward all guests and staff members of the resort. Ensure cleanliness of bar area, set up and stock bar for start of shift.  Keep bar neat and clean throughout the shift.  Clean bar area at the end of shift and leave bar area ready for next shift. Complete daily paperwork such as daily inventory, consumption reports and cash drop.     High School diploma or equivalent.  Six months bartending experience.  Good communication skills and ability carry out written, oral or diagrammatic instructions.  Capable of demonstrating good judgment when dealing with guests and staff members.   Able to work independently as well as with other team members and departments as needed, and unsupervised for extensive periods of time.  Able to lift/carry supplies or equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.  Possess full range of motion including reaching, stooping, bending and kneeling; able to walk/stand for extended periods.
