Come join the nation's largest and fastest growing Asian restaurant company. The Brand Manager will play a leading role in determining the menu variety, pricing, and communications for Panda Express. Performs the duties and responsibilities of the position with the mission and values of Panda Restaurant Group. Responsibilities: Manage menu of new and improved products o Identify promotional menu opportunities o Work with product development to create new concepts and recipes o Lead multi-functional finance, purchasing, PD, QA and Ops team o Conduct consumer and operational tests Develop & execute quarterly National Promotions o Creative strategy and execution including in-store POP, electronic media and web based media o Develop training materials and system for Field Operations Manage national pricing strategy and architecture o Maintain DMA pricing for new and existing stores o Track competitor DMA pricing Brand communications o Effective internal and external communications to support Panda points of differentiation around taste, freshness and healthiness o Monitor and ensure consistent Brand positioning in all elements Requirements: Bachelor’s degree 8-12 years relevant experience Marketing roles in restaurant or retail industry Understanding of field/franchise operations Knowledge of product development, packaging & promotions Strong project management skills and ability to influence others Success Measurements: Focused leader with project ownership Results of Operations feasibility Improved guest experience & brand perception Increased incremental sales & profits Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer To Apply for this position, please CLICK HERE Job Title: Brand Manager Company: Panda Express Location: Los Angeles,  A Status: Full Time, Employee Job Category: Marketing/Product Career Level: Manager (Manager/Supervisor of Staff)
