Prepare and analyze various financial and operational reports for the Sales and Marketing functions. Responsible for financial accountability of operations such as compensation calculations, creation of budgets and business modeling. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Produce Sales and Marketing reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis. • Analyze reports indicating trends, benefit to the company, and areas of concern. • Analyze costs against budget line items to ensure expenses are within budgeted guidelines. • Analyze tour and sales volume data to produce formatted information as needed. • Participate in commission, override, and bonus calculations. • Participate in the creation of sales and marketing budgets. • Participate in the creation of compensation plans. • Other duties and projects as assigned. Carry out all reasonable assignments that the team member is capable of performing. • Minimum one to three years prior financial/cost analysis experience required; Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration strongly preferred. • Extensive computer experience required, including word processing, spreadsheet, and database software knowledge within a Windows environment. Excel skills must be tested at "excellent" level. • Must have strong organizational skills and be able to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines within a fast-paced environment. Attention to details is critical. • Ability to interface with all employee levels in a positive and supportive manner. EOE/AA
