Community Marketing Program Supervisor *****DO Not send resume if you do not have marketing management experience*****  Job Summary The Northern CA Region CMP Supervisor will be responsible for generating leads and/or qualified tours to the WorldMark by Wyndham Northern CA Region Sales Offices. Key Responsibilities •Work with regional/corporate WVO and promotions staff to set up CMP opportunities at shows, fairs, events, retail locations and casinos as well as other suitable locations for the CMP program - 20% •Hire and provide on going training of CMP personnel for both Fixed and Roaming CMP programs - 10% •Make sure that all members of staff adhere to company policy and maintain a high level of professionalism 15% •Work with the Marketing Manger to Set and manage budgeted Goals for all Fixed and Roaming CMP - 20% •Conduct meetings, via telephone and /or in person - 5% •Review and manage the process for job performance on all staff - 15% •Maintain a professional relationship with all staff members - 5% •Perform other duties as assigned by Regional Marketing Manager and VP Marketing Northern CA Region - 5% •Work with management to create a business plan for any long-term retail and alliance agreements - 3% •Review and sign-off all payroll sheets of employees and weekly reimbursement to vendors - 2% Qualifications  Minimum Qualifications Required Must have Marketing and or Sales experience. Must demonstrate the ability to handle a variety of task independently within expressed or implied time constraints. Must have the ability to show discretion and good judgment in dealing with and solving internal and external problems & demonstrate excellent communication skills. Must be willing to travel and work nights and weekends. Must have Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & Outlook experience.  Preferred Qualifications Meet minimum requirements and have had one year of field marketing experience or sales experience.
