Call Center Supervisor-

 

This versatile leader will supervises the day to day operations of call center activities performing customer-oriented telephone activities and various background operations duties. This includes leading, managing, and motivating representatives to achieve daily, weekly and monthly service objectives. Create & Maintain a Team Environment with respect and consideration of all departments.

 

 

Responsible for developing employee's skills, monitoring and evaluating performance and providing ongoing coaching to each representative concerning quality, reliability and productivity to meet goals for delivery of service.

 Minimum 2 years of call center supervision.

Proven ability to lead and inspire associates to exceed departmental and individual goals and objectives.

Proven and consistent track record for meeting and exceeding goals and objectives. Able to deliver on plan and achieve goals.

High energy level and high degree of self-motivation.

A working knowledge of Excel® spreadsheet and Word® software.
Candidates must have previous call center management experience.
