CULINAIRE, a dynamic, privately-owned food and beverage management company headquartered in Texas, is seeking an enthusiastic, highly organized and self motivated team player to drive catering sales for the Embassy Suites Biltmore in Phoenix.

 

As Catering Sales Manager you will be responsible for:

 Responding  to customer inquiries and developing  customers independently 

 Soliciting to build local client base through outside sales calls, prospecting, direct mail, networking, and referrals

 Ensuring successful events meeting client needs and company profitability guidelines

 Communicating all relevant information to appropriate departments

 Managing event from initial sale through successful completion.

 

Our ideal candidate will have the following:

 Minimum of  2  years  catering experience in an upscale hotel, country club or catering venue

 Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

 Strong attention to  detail

 Familiarity with menu development, event coordination, BEO origination and food concepts

 Ability to work weekends and evenings when events are held
