Job Description:Fulfills guest requests for information and assistance with utmost courtesy and professionalism. Familiar with local area and provides dining, shopping, entertainment, attraction, and travel information to Hotel guests. Makes suggestions and places reservations per guest request. Promotes Hotel food and beverage facilities and recreational activities. Follows up with guests in an exceptionally timely, thorough, and professional manner.Job Requirements:*Excellent communication skills - oral and written
*Outstanding guest service skills
*Thorough knowledge of the local area including restaurants, attractions, and shops
*Minimum one year Concierge experience in a similar quality Hotel
