Corporate Director of Food and Beverage

JHM Hotels is seeking a Corporate Director of Food & Beverage.

This exceptional professional will possess the strong entrepreneurial spirit needed to oversee and supervise all Food and Beverage operations for our hotels. The qualified candidate will be responsible to analyze F&B competitive positioning and market trends in all markets for optimizing results and impact on hotel results and devising improvements to product differentiation strategies, quality, revenue generation, cost management, staffing, equipment, training and operational efficiencies.

In addition, this individual must be able to; Direct the implementation of changes and improvements working directly with F&B property staff; Supervise due diligence, transition and predevelopment activities for F&B at all new properties; Create and supervise company wide training and career growth programs and direct best practices for recruiting and staff assessment; Develop, recommend, implement and manage the division's annual budget, business/marketing plan, forecasts and objectives to meet/exceed management and owners expectations

The following skills are a must for this position
- A chef, kitchen or culinary background.
- Multi site F&B management experience in hotels
- Opening Experience
- A minimum of 15 years hospitality experience in F&B in both select service and full service hotels; Marriott Experience a Plus
