Job Duties:

Routinely apply knowledge of product and booking policies to provide excellent customer service and to generate maximum sales. Answer inbound calls from customers, employees, and management to respond to booking queries and to generate future bookings.

 

Paid training for this position will begin on May 19th, June 2nd, and July 7th 2008.    

 

The schedule for training is Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm or 5:00pm.  Post-training work schedules vary and may include weekend work or split days off.  The earliest shift begins at 5:00am and the latest shift ends at 9:10pm.
