Customer Satisfaction Analyst for Diamond Tours, Inc.

National Group Tour Operator based in Fort Myers, Fl

Diamond Tours, Inc. is the largest group motorcoach tour operator in the United States specializing in affordable group travel. Our customers depart from every state in the continental United States and travel to destinations in the United States and Canada. We have been in business since 1987 and have seen tremendous growth in this market sector in the last few years. If you have hospitality experience, and a "fire in your belly" attitude about your work, this is an exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities: Personally interview all customers regarding their experience on the tour. Document interviews and analyze for content. Review all written correspondence from customers. Prepare and send written responses on behalf of the company. Prepare reports containing summaries of customer feedback, as well as analysis of trends in customer feedback. Assist with researching and creating products to increase customer loyalty. Strong writing skills to answer customer questions or complaintsA comfort level with internet research

The position of Customer Satisfaction Analyst will have significant phone contact with group leaders including those who lead senior groups, family reunion groups and those in charge of travel for their Bank.You must be able to type fairly quickly while speaking on the phone.

This job is suitable for an individual with strong listening skills and a warm demeanor who enjoys speaking with members of the public. You will be asked to answer letters of complaints and compliments, so strong writing skills are required. You must also have comfort level with internet research.

Requirements:Three or more consecutive years with recent employer Hospitality experience and/or Customer Service Experience College degree preferred Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Windows, Internet
