CUSTOMER SERVICE / PBX OPERATOR

 

Job Description:

This person will portray Table Mountain Casino in a positive manner to all callers by providing excellent customer service via telephone.


Job Purpose:

Helps people communicate by routing telephone calls, faxes, and mail; resolving problems; maintaining directories.

Duties:

* Resolves unknown mail problems by routing unknown mail; researching destination of unknown mail.

* Maintains directory extensions by monitoring and updating extension numbers.

* Maintains organization's telephone directory by updating files with additions, deletions and changes.

* Maintains conference room calendar by scheduling conference room.

* Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions; completing preventive maintenance, calling for repairs.

* Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Skills/Qualifications:

*Must be computer literate and posses a friendly demeanor.

*Operate various office machines: Fax, copier, shredder, multiple line phone, computer and radio.

* Must have clear communication ability.

*Previous experience with multiple phone lines and 2-way radio preferred.

*Friendly, Out Going, and Energetic!!

* Must be 18yrs or older.

* High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
