Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an articulate, professional and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will manage relationships with business accounts including order entry, product allocation, delivery initiation and returns. In addition, you will be responsible for problem solving involving pricing, credit, and delivery in a global business-to-business environment. You will promote sales and be our customers’ focal point of contact.


We require 3-5 years business-to-business customer service and/or account management experience in a related field or equivalent educational achievement. Candidates must also possess excellent communication skills, strong telephone skills, knowledge of MS Office and a strong customer service attitude. SAP knowledge highly desirable.
