Currently, we are seeking full-time customer service representatives for our customer contact center in the Castleton area on the north side of Indianapolis.

Position Summary:
Customer Service Representatives will answer incoming calls from Bluegreen owners, providing detailed resort information, including unit sizes and amenities. In this position, representatives contribute to the owners’ vacation experience as they assist with planning and booking vacation reservations at Bluegreen resorts.

Requirements: Candidate must be detail-oriented and possess strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Customer service experience preferred Customer service attitude essential Ability to offer comparable alternatives and think creatively Data entry skills; knowledge of AS400 a plus High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)Additional Information: Generous benefits package, including 20 days of Paid Time Off per year!
