We’re looking for talented multi-site manager to oversee hotel operations throughout the five states we provide valet parking services for.Candidates must have a strong combination of hotel guest service operations and client relations with multi-unit/site responsibility.

Requirements


Successful candidates will have the following knowledge, skills and abilities:Possess a Bachelors degree of equivalent At least 10 years demonstrated progressive management experience in the hospitality industry Understanding of guest service operations including cash controls, monthly billing systems and auditing measurements Knowledge of valet and garage parking services preferred Excellent rapport building abilities with both employees and customers Previous experience managing multi-sites or departments Ability to problem solve by quickly assessing a situation, evaluate various options and make sound business decisions in a relatively short period of time Excellent computer skills using MS Office Suite Demonstrated verbal and written communications skills Ability to work non-traditional hours as required by business needs Able to travel up to 75% of the time
