Bluegreen Club 36 seeks highly-motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, growing company that offers plenty of opportunity for career growth and advancement.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES:Effectively and positively handle the evening operation of the overall resort to include:  Front Desk, PBX, Bell Staff, PM Maintenance, PM Housekeeping, Food and Beverage and Security. Responsibilities include inspecting the entire property on a daily basis and overall coordination between departments. Perform at least 5 room inspections per day. Responsible for the coordination of the yearly maintenance week program with Front Desk, Inventory Management, Engineering, Housekeeping and outside contractors. Attend weekly staff meetings and 1:1 meetings to open the lines of communication and increase resort consistency. Ensure 100% guests satisfaction on all logged complaints for the day. Complete the daily checklist for PM Manager on Duty. Develop a tracking program for guest comment card, providing trending patterns and suggestions for improving services. Produce in writing to the GM and AGM a weekly report with recommendations to improve efficiencies in operations and improvements to customer service. Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALFICATIONS:Minimum one year of technical training after high school. Minimum of five years of management/supervisor experience. Proficiency in  Microsoft Office: Word Processing, Excel and Outlook On call during the late night evenings in the event of emergencies. Must be willing and able to work any shift as necessary. Must be visible at all times to ensure adequate coverage.  Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to think and react quickly, emergency response training is necessary. Ability to lead a team and supervise positively and effectively 20-30 associates. Knowledge of Vacation Ownership required. Prefer CTS, CAM license. Weekend evenings required.
