General Job Description:The Exhibitor Services Representative is a detailed and demanding position. The chosen candidate will be responsible for assisting our customers (exhibitors) with placing orders, entering payments, invoicing, collection of invoices, and will perform a variety of in house and show site functions. They will be responsible for providing and maintaining the high level of accuracy and excellent customer service for which Freeman is known. Minimum Qualifications:Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or one (1) or more years of related experience and/or training. Experience in the transportation, shipping, convention or hospitality industry is helpful. Candidates must be energetic and congenial. They must have knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel along with exceptional customer service, telephone and data entry skills. They must be able to work in a fast paced environment handling many different tasks at once. Strong analytical, organization and communication skills are also needed.Work Schedule:Business hours are Monday ' Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Overtime, weekends, some holidays, and travel is required.We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, 401K plan with company match, and ESOP.
