Job Summary: Panda Restaurant Group is looking for a Facilities Specialist to join our team at the support center in Rosemead, CA. This position is responsible for the overall Facilities support and special assigned projects/tasks. This associate will assist Facility Managers on various Repair & Maintenance Support and Restaurant Manager Training Classes as well as work closely with Operations to ensure service calls are completed in a timely manner. This associate will perform the duties and responsibilities of the position consistent with the mission and values of Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. Responsibilities: Responsible for daily service calls and guiding/troubleshooting with Operations to resolve repair and maintenance related issues Daily follow-up and logging in of service calls for tracking purposes. Assist Facility Managers with timely responses to the urgent requests from Operations and resolving issues that may cause interruption of store’s operation & safety of customers and staff. Assist Facility Managers in providing Restaurant Manager Training Classes along with Training Department. Assist Facility Managers in coordinating with Landlords, and General Contractors for R&M related issues and/or warranty related repairs. Provide support for Support Center facilities maintenance. Coordinate special events & meetings for Facilities Management team. Special on-going assigned projects. Job Requirements BA/BS degree Basic/General knowledge and experience in maintenance & construction management Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills Must be customer service oriented Proficient in computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Internet Explorer, CAD and related software Must demonstrate great sense of urgency Attention to detail and accuracy Flexibility to adapt to changing procedures, systems and priorities Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
