We are currently seeking a Financial (Yield) Analyst for our Regional Office in Phoenix, AZ

This position assists in measuring and forecasting performance of multiple RV property inventories using primarily Microsoft Excel and some Crystal Reports.  Regularly works with standardized and non-standardized sets of data from a variety of sources.  This involves working both within a team and as an individual contributor providing business managers with key decision support information.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

 

1.Create, maintain, and analyze reports using multiple sources of data.

 

2.  Promote and support existing reports.

 

3.  Handle ad-hoc reporting requests from a variety of internal sources.

 

4.  Promote and analyze compliance of pricing and inventory utilization policies.

 

5.  Manage multiple RV property inventories.

 

6.  Assist in the accomplishment of company objectives by performing other related duties as assigned.

 

Skills, Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.  Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are required including but not limited to pivot tables, queries and basic VBA.  Knowledge of Crystal Reports and querying in Microsoft SQL server is preferred but not required.  Must be able to effectively communicate well with others.   Experience analyzing and reporting inventory for the travel and vacation leisure industry is a plus along with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.  Must be able to adapt easily to change, be organized, dependable and able to function with limited supervision.
