MIDTOWN ATHLETIC CLUBS, a division of TCA Holdings, seeks a Front Desk Associate for our upscale fitness center in Oak Park, Illinois.

Position Summary

 

Our Front Desk Associates are courteous individuals interested in the comfort and personal satisfaction of our members and guests.  As an important part of our team you will have a positive impact on the success of our club by:

 

· Greeting members and answering incoming calls

· Pleasantly addressing member questions and issues

· Assisting members with registration of various programs, processing payments, and scheduling club services

· Treating all members, guests, and fellow associates with genuine respect and care

 

Our most successful Front Desk Associates:

 

· Carry themselves in an enthusiastic, friendly, and positive manner

· Demonstrate strong customer service skills and enjoy serving others

· Possess excellent verbal communication skills

· Are able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

· Are punctual, dependable, and team oriented

· Take pride in themselves and their work

· Are self-motivated and require little direct supervision
