General Manager, Service Manager

High profile NYT's 3-star located in a Midtown boutique hotel seeks candidates with strong service skills 
in directing, managing, and training all aspects of FOH fine dining restaurant operations.  Position includes interaction with hotel and restaurant VIP's.  Looking for organized self starters that have a good sense of urgency.  Bar and wine knowledge necessary.  Restaurant or hotel opening experience a plus.  A great deal of autonomy comes with the positions and a terrific opportunity for a proven out-of-the-box thinker.
