Our client is a National leader in the Extended Stay Hotel industry. They are searching for General Managers for the Orlando metro area (you must have previous restaurant experience). This is your chance to get out of restaurants while still having the opportunity that restaurants offer.

Their General Managers are respected as Key Contributors to their success. As a member of their team, you will be responsible for the complete operation of one of their properties. Relying on your strong skills and operational expertise you will be responsible for growing business and maximizing profits. Your work will include managing a staff of around 8 to 12 employees. This is a hands on position. Your ability to lead by example will be a strong component of your success. Compensation includes base plus bonus. Their managers have a 5 day work week that includes being off every Sunday and working no early mornings or late nights. Company provides a comprehensive training program.

Required Qualifications are:

Previous GM experience for a local or national chain. Good stability in their job history. Good references.

Preferred Qualifications:

Ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales, profits and growing people. Their strong operational focus and good energy level will translate well into this industry. Communication and organizational skills are a must. Ability to make an immediate impact.

Benefits will include a base salary between 35,000 and 40,0000; quarterly bonus program; medical, dental, life, disability, vision and 401K (with match)
