Guest Services Agent - Front Desk

Check out this great full-time guest services opportunity at Marriott Vacation Club's award-winning Summit Watch resort in beautiful Park City, Utah. As a guest services agent you would provide information to guests making inquiries about the resort and local area.  You would serve as official greeter and escort guests and visitors throughout areas of the property in a courteous and efficient manner. To be successful in this role, you would possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; having a second language would be a plus. You would also have excellent guest relations skills.  The ability to lift heavy objects is required. In addition, you must be detail oriented, have the ability to establish a sense of security to our guests and visitors and be an excellent team leader.
