HRIS Coordinator - Redmond WA TW1

 Responsible for maintenance of employee records within the Company’s HR Information System including but not limited to: Receiving all HRIS updates from designated field sites and inputs data changes into Oracle system ensuring accurate and timely data entry for all employees within the designated business unit. Reviewing data updates and ensuring accuracy of transaction coding in accordance with appropriate policy.  Obtains additional approvals as needed. Conducting regular audits to ensure integrity of data entry and make corrections as appropriate. Makes recommendations for training to field HR Coordinators regarding providing accurate and timely data.  Assists with training as required.Communicates regularly with site HR on employee changes. Maintains documents received from field locations to validate HRIS entries and changes.  Develops and maintains an effective filing system for accurate retrieval of information. Maintains system logs to identify issues and recommends corrective changes. Informs Manager of areas of concern to ensure timely escalation as needed.Minimum Qualifications (job-related skills, experience, and education):  High School diploma or equivalent required2-year degree preferred2-years of related working experienceHRIS experience preferredProven ability to perform moderate tasks using Microsoft Office applications
