Make a positive impact by providing spectacular service. EXAMPLES OF DUTIES Essential Functions: · Ensures that every interaction with an owner or guest is positive and memorable. · Maintains an acceptable level of cleanliness in all resort units. · Greets and informs guest of housekeeping services in a courteous and helpful manner. · Stocks linen cart with cleaning supplies, linen and guest amenities to ensure proper cleaning and stocking of unit to prepare for guest arrival. · Cleans bathrooms/restrooms utilizing supplies from cart maintaining sanitary conditions and guest satisfaction. · Dusts all unit and public common area furniture, lamps, picture frames and light bulbs. · Vacuums all carpet areas including closet areas. Places furniture in correct position after vacuuming. · Empties trash and replace trash bags. · Reports any maintenance problems to management and any suspicious activities to security. · Assists management in maintaining an accurate inventory of linen and supplies. · Handles difficult situations with professionalism and integrity. · Carries out any reasonable request by management of which the employee is capable of performing. · Strips beds and places linen in soiled linen bag. Makes beds utilizing clean linen ensuring the bed has no wrinkles or lumps. · Responsible for the cleanliness of all public areas, including lobby, offices, front desk, elevators, fitness center, all public common area bathrooms. · Ensure cleanliness of all walkways in the main tower and villas. · Complete guest requests from the front desk. · Inspect rooms and ensure cleanliness and make sure room is completed with all inventory, supplies and ready for incoming guest. · Ensure that all Housekeeping areas are kept clean and organized (laundry, supply and chemical rooms). QUALIFICATION STANDARDS · Friendly and enthusiastic · Customer-focused · Must be able to work an 8 hour day, and/or flexible shifts. · Ability to perform multi-task assignments. · Housekeeping experience preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
