Generate excitement about owning a lifetime of vacations, and sell Hilton guests Bounceback Packages, or book Hilton qualified guests (QT) to attend a presentation about HGV, or hand-off interested prospects (GI) to a Luxury Vacation Counselor (LVC). Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Convince guests to purchase a Bounceback package. 2. Attract guests into the Store. 3. Initiate conversation by engaging shoppers. 4. Subtly direct conversation to perform a quick but thorough discovery in order to distinguish if the guest should be sold a BB or be handed off to a LVC. 5. Convince guest to attend an HGVC presentation if qualified. 6. Needs to work well within a tightly knit team. 7. Correctly file and fill out paperwork. 8. Ability to handle multiple tasks, in a fast paced environment, and balance priorities as they arise. 9. Perform a variety of retail clerical duties including: stocking, pricing, straightening, and inventorying collateral and merchandise as directed by management. 10. Provide a high level of customer service. 11. Attain familiarity with all merchandise sold in the store in order to answer questions and help patrons. 12. Must exercise proficient phone etiquette. (External-with guest; Internal-with tour coordinator) 13. Perform Opening and/or Closing procedures of the retail store. 14. Basic cash register operation and cash drawer balancing. 15. Attend all required mandatory team meetings, and training/seminar programs. 16. Perform similar day-to-day duties at special events (on and off-property) or other desks as needed. 17. Must be able to work all days and shifts as assigned, including weekends and holidays. 18. Other duties as assigned by management. Job Requirements : Job Requirements: Excellent interpersonal and guest relations skills. · Bilingual fluency in professional Japanese & English is preferred. · Minimum of 2 years marketing or sales experience preferred with the ability to "sell" guests on the idea of taking a preview tour. · Thorough understanding of the local area. · Ability to handle multiple tasks and balance priorities. · Timeshare experience preferred, but not required. · Must be able to work all days and shifts as assigned, including weekends and holidays.
