As an “Employer of Choice”, this professional firm is seeking an energetic, talented Recruiting Manager for an interim position through December, 2008.

The Recruiting Manager will provide daily direction to a team of recruiting professionals, and be responsible for the daily staffing operations for a busy recruitment function.

Duties:Serve as consultant to management regarding staffing issues and activitiesEnsure hiring and on boarding process needs are metParticipate in new hire orientationsRepresent firm at job fairs and other recruiting eventsTrain and coach recruitment staffMaintain staffing monthly reports

Qualifications:BA/BS degree preferred. High school diploma is required.Hospitality/Hotel industry experience is requiredBackground recruiting in high volume environmentPrior supervisory experienceRequires Word, Excel, Power Point, and ATS skillsBilingual Spanish is a plus
