We seek an experienced professional to take charge of all activities related to domestic and international tax accounting. As our Tax Accounting Manager you will calculate separate as well as consolidated tax provisions for financial statements and forecasts, while reconciling accounts, calculating accruals and maintaining control documentation for procedures.

Duties include ensuring our compliance with SEC regulations, such as those created by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. You will direct and develop a staff of tax professionals, collect/analyze relevant tax return data, compute adjustments, prepare forecasts and stay up-to-date on U.S. plus foreign generally accepted accounting principles. Other responsibilities include preparing financial statement disclosures, training staff, recommending tax process improvements, assisting with audits as needed, and performing projects when required.

The Qualified Candidate Has:  
CPA or MS in Taxation6-8 years of corporate tax background with an accounting firm or large corporationExpertise with SFAS 109, SEC pronouncements and accounting for income taxesProven success meeting Sarbanes Oxley Section 404 compliance
