Maintenance Tech II- Ocean Ridge Resort

In your role, you will help us deliver outstanding service and hospitality to our guests to ensure they have a memorable vacation while staying with our resorts each and every time. Job Responsibilities:  · Perform a variety of unskilled and semi-skilled tasks in the care and maintenance of buildings, living units and company facilities under general supervision. · Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry related tasks with minimal assistance. · Complete/fill out work orders· High school diploma or equivalent (GED).  One year technical training after high school.· Minimum experience of 3 years in a maintenance position or related maintenance experience. · Basic understanding of tools used in normal building maintenance. · Must be able to work well in a team environment. · Must be able to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms. · Must be responsive and deadline oriented. ·   Must be able to converse with staff and guests using proper etiquette.
