Description:  Provide direction, guidance and training for the Marketing team.  To create an open, friendly, positive and professional environment for the marketers to achieve top penetration.  To alleviate as many external distractions as possible to allow each customer service agent to concentrate on increasing penetration, thus resulting in increased site income.  To streamline the daily scheduling to allow each customer service agent to make the most of their marketing time.  This position oversees bi-weekly payroll for a Marketing Department of 6-8 employees.  . Responsibilities/Job Duties: Maintain highest level of In-House Guest Penetration.  Review weekly penetration and marketing commission reports. Train, coach and provide support for all customer service agents and marketing personnel.  Know policies, processes and systems that support marketing efforts.  Handle overflow work and fill in when needed.  Assist in creating fresh ideas to enhance the overall performance to generate income for the site. Generate and distribute weekly call lists of assigned guests and daily call lists of unassigned guest for each customer service agent.  Prepare and distribute a weekly schedule for personnel.  Responsible for all aspects of the department payroll to include, but not limited to, all levels that require incentive calculation; bonus programs; special production promotions and contests; and payroll accruals as required by accounting. Responsible for tracking and processing various aspects of time keeping such as missing punches, paid time off, payroll system approvals and employee information updates. Maintain and replenish departmental supplies/inventory as necessary. Execute special projects as requested including spreadsheets, charting, etc. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree preferred; High School diploma required. Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Must be highly motivated with a positive attitude and good work ethic. Payroll experience preferred; data entry skills a must. Detail oriented while maintaining multi-task abilities in a busy environment; professional and organized; able to exhibit problem solving ability.
